Energy Performance Certificates

If you wish to sell your property, you must have an Energy Performance Certificate. This Certificate is intended to tell buyers how energy efficient your home is.

We can arrange for an Energy Performance Certificate to be prepared for your home if you ask us. The fee is usually around £100. A Domestic Energy Assessor will visit your home and record the key information which affects the energy efficiency of the property. The result will be produced on an easy to read scale. The Certificate also recommends energy saving measures which can reduce household bills, along with a guide price for each recommended change.
