The way the house moving process works is changing.
From 2007, if you are selling your house, you must be able to supply a 'Home Information Pack' to all prospective buyers. This is a package of information about your house, which will include various items, including searches which have traditionally been obtained by a buyer. The Pack will also include a Home Condition Report, which is a new type of survey. The final details of the new Home Information Packs have not yet been confirmed. However, Penmans Conveyancing are already gearing up for the introduction of the Packs. We will be able to prepare your Home Information Pack for you.
